Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility in case of valid concerns.

• Once your exchange request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the parcel within 1–2 working days.

• After the product is picked up:

  • If the requested item is available in stock, the exchange will be processed within 8–10 working days.

  • If the item is not available in stock, the exchange may take 20–25 working days, as some products are made to order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Exchange Not Applicable In Following Cases

• Customized or specially made products.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
